We feature a variety of local artists and locally made products, from Arizona and Southern California. Due to the unique nature of our handmade products, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on items purchased in the 111 West store. Store exchange only for a similar item of equal value (i.e. different size), by the same artist, if tags are still in place.
